Terms

Terms and conditions.

They apply to the use of this site and to the requests that leave it, addressed to FOLLOW MARGIN, UNIPESSOAL LDA, trading under the King Build brand.

What this site is

This site sets out what King Build does — new build, remodelling and refurbishment — and lets you ask for a quote. It is not a shop: nothing here is bought or contracted online.

Quotes and acceptance

A quote request creates no contract and binds neither side. King Build answers with a proposal, and only written acceptance of that proposal binds.

Any figures shown on the site are indicative. The price of a job is set after the site visit, and is itemised by chapter.

Deadlines and execution

The dates that count are those of the accepted proposal, and they cover the work written into it. Additional work is quoted before it is carried out, and it is the client who decides whether it goes ahead.

Permits, building-management decisions and client-supplied materials can move the date. When that happens, the new date is confirmed in writing.

Published information

We do our best to keep the content correct, but it may contain errors or fall out of date. The figures published are those King Build states. Nothing on these pages replaces a site visit.

Intellectual property

The text, images and code of this site belong to King Build or to whoever licensed them. You may read and share the pages; copying or reusing the content for commercial purposes requires written permission. Third-party trade marks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to third-party sites, such as the electronic Complaints Book or the map of our address. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to a request is the one published on this page on the date the request is made.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Portuguese law applies. Any dispute arising from these terms falls to the courts of the Faro district, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers.
