Company
Building in the Algarve.
New build, remodelling and refurbishment for clients working to a fixed date. That is what the company does, and it is what this site says — no more.
What the company states
The numbers the firm claims, and what each one means.
They are the ones King Build publishes itself. They appear as it writes them — round and undated: rounding to a hundred and fifty-seven, or dating it to "since 2019", would invent precision nobody gave.

Where we sit
A main contractor, not a folder of subcontractors with a name on the front.
You talk to one company and you get one quote. What happens behind it — plumber, electrician, metalworker — is the problem of whoever runs the job, not of whoever pays for it.
That is the difference a client feels at the third problem, when they do not have to work out on their own whose fault it was.
Licence and insurance
The paperwork, with the number and the scope beside it.
A licence number on its own tells nobody anything. What tells them something is the qualification registered against it — which is why both are always here.

What this licence covers
One qualification is registered: climate control.
Sub-category 12 covers heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration, at class 1. Construction, refurbishment and renovation run through subcontractors licensed for each trade, hired and directed by King Build — and each one's licence is asked for before they set foot on site.
It is written here rather than in a footnote because it is the first thing a developer checks on the IMPIC portal. Reading it on the site first means not having to find it alone.

A five-minute call is enough to know whether the job you have is a job for us — and if it is not, we will say so.
