How we handle your data.

The controller is FOLLOW MARGIN, UNIPESSOAL LDA, trading under the King Build brand, with its registered office at Rua Sebastião Cordeiro 30, 8100-628 Loulé, Faro, Portugal.

The quote request asks four things about the job, across five steps, with answers to choose from:

• The date the work has to be finished, and what happens on that date
• The work: new build, remodelling or refurbishment
• Where the job is, on what floor and what access it has
• What is already there: the age of the building, the state of the services, what was altered before

In the last step we ask for your name, your company if there is one, your email, your phone number and which of the two you would rather be contacted on. That is what we need in order to answer, and nothing else.

The answers you pick are kept in your own browser so they are not lost if you close the tab halfway. Your contact details are never kept there, and none of it reaches us before you press send. Your choice of light or dark theme is kept the same way, so the site opens as you left it.

This site measures audiences with Google Analytics, and only after you allow it in the cookie bar. Until you do — or if you decline — no request is made to Google and no measurement cookie is created. Your answer is kept in your own browser, not in a cookie. There are no advertising cookies and no sharing with other third parties.

To answer your request: to understand what you need, book the site visit and prepare the quote. We do not use it for anything else and we do not pass it on to third parties.

On the consent given when you send the request, and for pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject — Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

For as long as the commercial contact arising from the request lasts. If no work follows, the request is kept only as long as it takes to deal with it. If work does follow, documents with tax relevance are kept for the periods the law requires.

You can ask for access to your data, correction of anything wrong and erasure of anything no longer needed. Write to geral@kingbuild.pt and we will answer.

If you believe your data is not being handled as it should be, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
